Shipping
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. Orders are filled by our team of volunteers and are usually shipped twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays. We use Royal Mail for orders under 2kg and other couriers for larger orders. Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
"Pickup In Store"
You can avoid incurring a shipping charge by selecting the "Pickup In Store" option and collecting your order at the museum. Please allow 5 days for processing from date of order before coming to collect.
Returns Policy
You may return most new items in their original condition (i.e. unused, still sealed) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). You should expect to receive your refund within 21 days of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
